All sales are final. J&R Crown Care does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us through our website’s Contact Us page with your order number and photos. Do not send anything back unless J&R Crown Care specifically instructs you to do so.

A replacement or refund may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
